National Conference on Global Tourism at Marwah Studios

Noida, 27th September: A national conference was held at Marwah Studios on 27th September on the eve of World Tourism Day to promote global travel and tourism business. Veteran co-operator and freedom fighter- Padmabhushan Shivajirao Giridhar Patil inaugurated the ceremony and Dr Dinesh Executive Director NCUI, Government of India was guest of honour.

Sandeep Marwah, Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism & Transport Co-operatives of India Ltd., greeted all the delegates. “Tourism plays a predominant role in the world economy and certainly espouses national integration and brotherhood”, said Sandeep Marwah, the Ambassador of International Human Rights Organisation affiliated to United Nations .He also a read a message from Bann ki-Moon and announced that NFTC will convene the 7th International Conference on cooperatives to coincide with the AAFT 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014.

NFTC Released Film on Traffic during Road Safety Week

NFTC in short period of time has created a wonderful niche for itself in the cooperative movement in the country under the leadership of its Managing Director Sandeep Marwah” said Shivaji Rao Patil former Member Rajya Sabha and Minister at Maharashtra Government releasing the new film on traffic at Marwah Studios, film city Noida. National Federation of Tourism And Transport opened the week to propagate the traffic awareness in the country in association with United Nation Information Centre during Road Safety Week declared by United Nation. Large number of seminars and workshops were conducted all over India to celebrate Road Safety Week.

A film prepared by Asian Academy of Film And Television on traffic rules was the attraction of this function. A copy of the film will be distributed to all the 26 National Federations of Cooperative movement for screening suggested Sandeep Marwah.

The valedictory function of road safety week was attended by Suresh Sharma, Subhash Gupta, Anil Shukla, Chandra Kant Patil, Savitri Singh, M.S. Talwar, Amit Big B, Arti Makkar and many others.

NFTC Facilitates Abhyankar President of NAFCUB

Sandeep Marwah Managing Director of NFTC-National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited facilitated Dr. M. L. Abhyankar President, the Cosmos Co-operative Bank Ltd. Pune and National Federation of Urban Co-operative Banks and Credit Societies-NAFCUB at a grand function at Marwah Studios. “We need dynamic Chairperson like M. L. NFTC will promote tourism between India and Thailand

NFTC Extended Friendship to City of Miskolc at Hungary

Miskolc: The Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited Sandeep Marwah recently visited the city of Miskolc to attend the Jameson Cine Fest-11th Miskolc International Film Festival in the capacity of chief guest of India Day.

Sandeep Marwah extended his full support to the city Mayor Dr. Akos kriza not only in the field of film, television and media but tourism as a special case.

“We are happy to receive Sandeep Marwah in the city whose appreciation we have noted down which will help us to do things more energetically” said Dr. Akos Kriza Mayor of City Miskolc.

A special tour was organized by the department to showcase some of the finest places of the city including Lillafured, Cave Baths of Miskolc Tapolca and Castle of Diosgyor.

Germans, Britons and Belgians made up the majority of foreign tourists; there are seven World Heritage sites in Netherlands. The country is well-known for its arts and rich historical heritage.
